ABILITY
Destroy all cards with power less than 11 on the battlefield and in the loop. Universal: Cards with power less than 11 cannot be played until the end of turn.
LORE
Survival of the fittest is the key tenet to PRUNE's actions. If one is unable to compete, he believes that they do not deserve power, or sometimes even life itself. PRUNE does not respect those weaker than him, and constantly envies those who are stronger. He is a harsh and ego-driven creature, often to his own disadvantage.
