Shuffle all cards on spaces and in the loop back into the deck.

LORE

Though lacking in raw power, OVERHAUL has developed abilities which allow him to completely remove a conflict from an area. Using the Loop's energy, he can emit a pressurized blast that will send all creatures sailing away through the air, leaving only himself standing amongst the rubble.

You can activate this before it enters a space so that it can become an attacker or defender.
